• VIAHIND Vision early access: your name, business email address, business name, business type, number of locations (optional) and any requirements you choose to describe.
• Website usage data: information collected by analytics tools, such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring website.
• Technical data: your IP address is processed briefly to protect our forms from abuse (for example, rate limiting). It is not stored with your enquiry.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project or requirements.
• To contact you about VIAHIND Vision early access, if you requested it.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.
• To keep the website and its forms secure and prevent spam.

• Website hosting — the website and its form processing run on our hosting provider's infrastructure.

• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — used to measure website traffic. These tools use cookies or similar technologies. Analytics cookies are only set if you choose “Accept” in our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the website footer.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
